Importing object:

• For businesses and individual businesses: must have a business registration certificate according to the current legal regulations.
• For individuals: can only import goods that are not subject to customs duties; only import for business can be delegated to a company with customs clearance functions or a customs agent.

Conditions for imported goods:

• Imported goods are not in the list of prohibited or temporarily suspended import according to Appendix I of Decree 69/2018/ND-CP.
• Imported goods must meet specific conditions for each type; have a permit from the relevant ministry/department; ensure the provisions on inspection, food safety, standards and quality regulations; subject to inspection by the competent authority before customs clearance.
