Importing object:
- For businesses and individual businesses: must have a business registration certificate according to the current legal regulations.
- For individuals: can only import goods that are not subject to customs duties; only import for business can be delegated to a company with customs clearance functions or a customs agent.
Conditions for imported goods:
- Imported goods are not in the list of prohibited or temporarily suspended import according to Appendix I of Decree 69/2018/ND-CP.
